Africa - you are seeing the start of the rightful decolonisation of Africa. Wars in the ME - what were they for.....oil.....Western greed and that is not being tolerated any more
Close your eyes to it but it doesn't go away. A weak Europe with no minerals or natural resources in which industry is declining is in severe danger of becoming irrelevant and left behind. Europe is not particularly important to America.....they are more focused on Asia so it is / has happened already. However the world is finished with hegemony and America itself risks being left behind
