I wonder if there was some insider trading to M&G, as they certainly got out out at the right time, while the rest of us LTH were left to carry the can!!!!!
This is a case study in poor strategic execution by management. Given they were in constant talks with the FDA, they should have understood what was required prior to submitting the BLA, for goodness sake they even brought in Krause. I still very much believe in the science.
Management needs to be held accountable. I really think there needs to be an investigation on what management knew and when because the large scale dumping of stock prior to a pivotal announcement looks very suspicious.
I really feel for all the LTH who have been let down time and time again, when we all believe in the science.
