Not if it’s the same group simply buying & selling to themselves via different entities.
The whole thing does seem very knowingly deliberate, IMO. Matt sold 50mil shares @ .275 - he could very, very easily spend just one tenth of those funds to buy back in at today’s levels and the SP would more than double in an instant…but he’s obviously not even though his BCB portfolio is getting decimated. So, I wonder why that it is? Isn’t MetRes or M Res or whichever company of his it is that’s looking after some of the sales of BCB’s coal?
