Legal process explained,
1. Ferro has lodge a statement of claim, this is to persevere their claim and to start the initial proceedings.
2. First step is discovery which is the request to see certain documents. In this case IP patents.
3. The Judge has given Ferro 14 days to either put up or shut up, meaning withdraw the claim or if their claim is validated, proceed to trial.
4. Going to trial would cost $200K - $500m depending on length of trial etc,
Until they proceed to trial its a nothing burger.
