I hear what you are saying about the "Skillset" but I am of the opinion that it's very difficult to get that timing right? I was previously a large holder in a Vanadium play linked to Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries and they employed additional qualified people too early and burned up cash while the staff were probably counting ceiling tiles on the wall? I personally believe there is a lot more going on behind the scenes that we are not aware of? I'm not asking for much?
