Why because there are higher priorities.
Payback on an investment or IRR is used as is the KISS philosophy, anything with less than a 6 month payback is not considered with most operations currently due to tight financing conditions. Also THey dont want downtime in retrofitting, they dont want any extra CAPEX on something unproven,
Also the technology is unimpressive, unlicensed cogen systems are already in use in plants, its harldy rocket science!
Sorry chaps but you are taking sucker punches from the board and managment on this one.
