My last post on the subject....
but if the planning wasn't important or it wasn't needed or it's just a minor technicality then WHY was it the only thing mentioned in the 4C to do with the production facility!!!
why didn't the 4C state that the installation of the production facility is xx% complete. If it is being installed then that is an easy statement to make and informative and in line with stated previous milestones.
"Long lead time items have been purchased in anticipation of this approval" Does this mean they aren't allowed to start but they have the bits sitting there ready? sounds like it! If its finished "before September" or even December QTR then why can't the produce product sooner - why early 2024? and what do they consider early 2024? June?
Its more about what was not said...
...but anyway. draw your own conclusions
