With their 43% and board seats they effectively have control anyway as there are no other major holders with board seats. Creeping will take decades.
my 2 cents worth is that they are likely to make a TO bid soon. For 40 to 50 cents they can get a strong growing business with a global footprint in the markets where they are not represented. Just hope it does not go too cheap.
