Moving forward..........The words that scared me more than those, were Gillards words that should Labor be re elected then she will have a "mandate". A mandate to do what for crying out loud????
Labor has already started down the road of taxing us into oblivion, what else can they do to ensure we are the laughing stock of the world? As stated in the forum earlier by Muzza22, which I totally agree, Labor have less than 40% of the primary vote, the majority of the rest is made up of Green votes, so over 60% of Australians don't want Labor! The Coalition in it's own right holds far more primary votes than Labor.
As for voting independant, Why do so many punters think that by voting independant they will fix the problem? Wouldn't you just love to live in a country where every MP disagreed with one another as they had their own barrow to push. No party lines, no policy, just opinion. I wonder who would be Prime Minister? Who would be our treasurer? Oh, I read that Ken Henry doesn't think he'll stick around after the election either, how sad. Maybe he'll get a job beside Kevin somewhere.
