yes, I'm mistrustful of Dr Marks' fingers anywhere near any pie. Always have been.

Personally, I'd like to see a little more of the detail in this latest CRL, but unfortunately there'll be a lot of vultures on their toes around the place for exactly that, so probably best if CEO Itescu and CMO Rose themselves establish & communicate the background to the FDA's communicated position as the CEO indicated during the conference call this morning.

Until then, I won't be changing my sentiment at all. In fact, I've been in the ASX market buying most of the day under my backup plan.

However, IMO there's never been a more important time for the Board and senior management to try to keep the very best faith with ordinary shareholders. Faith and confidence in management will have been shaken, as witness John Hester's complaint during the CC. that it's difficult for the company, let alone analysts, when the FDA keeps "shifting the goalposts". My immediate recommendation would be for MSB in-house counsel to attend all future meetings with FDA review committee personnel or the RPM, just as an observer, naturally.

Will still be going to the AGM.
