    That the same as compare LTR to greenbushes.
    You have to remember that LPI own the lands in maricunga. ALB & SQM does not own the lands in Atacama so they have to do what the government want when the lease is expired.
    also even Codelco hold CEOL license they cannot step in Lpi stage 2 land until Lpi aggred, that is the law.
