The class action filed against MSB in the VIC Supreme Court hopefully will not be impacted by the halving of the MSB share price in news of the 2nd failure of the BLA.
Such a big failure concerns me that the MSB balance sheet will be under even worse stress at the time a settlement is sought.
Hopefully they have enough insurance.
