I get your frustration, been thinking about doing the same, or respond on her twitter when she visits the site. However, it's not a wise thing to do. You are acting on emotions, you want to do something.

Fact of the matter is, she is in that position to act in the interest of the people of Salta, and who knows, in the interest of herself and her family. The interest of share holders of a company that has an interest in puna mining, is not on her list to step up for. It may in fact backfire as you give her negativity by pushing her, and she may think that you can bugger off. Best thing to do is let JZ and Pablo handle this.
