Thats not as easy to answer, when I was across the product, and am not sure I can based on the fact i am an ex employee, however a number of other people have given pretty good description's on here already. I would ask for a clearer explanation of the difference to a VPN and then ask the wider audience to comment. Dev seemed to give a pretty good view on the product.
