So our CEO states that everyone has a different measure of success. The company thinks they have had success but shareholders may have a different measure of success. On top of that he wants to congratulate his employees on what they have achieved.
I'm not sure if shareholder and management goals are aligned if he thinks the company has been successful.
Our CEO is up to a base salary of 310k plus super and options and yet only holds less than 1.6m shares and is fielding questions from his wife about whether taking up the share purchase rights are worth the risk.
I asked the question about any interest in the company in M&A and they said there was but that's all he really mentioned. Not sure if you would want to wrap things up when you're on a sweet gig.
It's also a concern that no funds were interested in this raise.
If the timing is not right, how much longer does this company think it can raise cash to be around when the timing is right? If the raise is unsuccessful, will it be a case of a slow death of a bit more cash for the rest of Payble, then a cash grab for the patent and then all eggs on our reporting?

I despise the way our CEO gives no hope to shareholders and usually hides under the "I can't talk about that" answer.

I look at another stock MNB I'm invested in, and the CEO drops hints about things the company is looking at and gives shareholders hope and excitement. It doesn't all have to be official ASX announcements as ID8 CEO has you believe. Unless ofcourse not much is happening and that's why he has nothing to say.

Having said all of this, the reason I invested was because I believe there is a massive market in this space, including Payble, the patent and Austrac reporting.
The question is whether this management deserves any more of my hard earned money and whether they are even interested in achieving anything for shareholders. I'm unsure what I'll be doing.
What is the general feeling amongst my fellow sufferers?
