if i'm reading BG figures right he has put a value of 21c
before a cap raise and for some reason he has discounted
the 21c by 40% in case of an takeover which = 13c.

i have held shares in 3 companies which were involved in take overs and neither one were discounted by 40% as a matter of fact i was offered a premium, adi being the lastest one was trading at 26c at the time of the offer and went up to 42.5c.

so at 21c BUR is a real steal today.
and at 13c its a good tidy profit today.

so why isnt he buying hmmmm? clueless maybe !

so as you can see BG's numbers are flawed so take no notice
