If the arbitration result is positive then the sp should go up. And when the money paid in aau coffer then it will have a second effect. Until then the risk is a CR.
The risk management we are doing is based on the likelihood of those events. My buy sentiment is that we are getting those 45m. But even if the arbitration is negative my sentiment is that in a longer timeframe (after a cr) I can hold the sp will go higher
