Smity, I just read the article and was about to post.
I would think this has been a major reason that prices of U have been low - not just the extra supply now but the knowledge that more Kazak supply is coming.
Fortunately, many reactors are being rolled out this decade and a lot of secondary supply will be taken out in the next few years
