    @Ruger250 ... and everyone else. Colby/TPD have already agreed to the 0.48STX per TPD share, excluding Gurvantes. The details around the $6M financing arrangement was the only thing that prevented it from going ahead. My view at the onset was that is still cheap, but STX is also similarly undervalued so it seems to even out.
