Guys, NRZ has an unenviable record when it comes to these little diversions, and as you say Legman, "haha". While I agree with you, I am going to give this one a go, at least until the first major announcement is due. Give them their eight months grace period, then reassess.

This venture is a Binding Contract, not merely an HOA like earlier agreements. Dollars are specified and they have a modicum of a program. Expectation is high, and if this turns out to be a blind, one would probably never trust them again.

One never knows, but if this turns out to be a success it might be the future NRZ. I can't see it being soon enough to be of much or any use to LCEP development.
