My concern if any is - what if they cannot raise any funds ?

I understand people will justify with "look at their partnerships", or "they have Govt. backing"; but my immediate concern is they are playing it too close to the chest with liquidity for operations.

They struggled to raise last year and given where the SP is at - they will struggle yet again.

I'm sure most investors are concerned first about loosing money than about making more with OSX.

They will possibly raise somehow (maybe) - but regardless it is a valid concern.
