I like your theory. Can I add to the conspiracy a little more.
Orphir takes the deal you mentioned and Svenska does the same.
FAR ends up with 3 wells being drilled offshore WA over an eight month period.
And of course they are all 1 - 2 billion bbl. With all 3 producers.
Then we get a T/O bid of $4/share.
