Well I thought that there are rules around doing capital raises on ASX, and you have time limits between so if they were to do it now, it gets one out of the way and gets some cash. Also to move forward with some projects and to be taken seriously in business, a little more cash at hand and gloat is sometimes necessary. Rather thsn being held down and not as independent.
So yeah for me its sort of frustrating but i applied for my full alotment because its a decent deal with the options attached and they expire sooner than most option offers and they are priced much higher than our SP now. It could all be a good thing. If they average above 75 cents around that time, theres a CR in itself for us in options conversions. We will have alot of money to do what we want for a while now I think.
