At the end of the day they still need about $360mil to get project off the ground.....they've already done an SP consolidation 20-1( would have caught a few at the wrong time) then Cap raise thru Wylloo $100 mil plus others...
Retail investors should not fall for another... Many have suffered losses during this time......
Then you have DRE next door looks like it could be a bigger resource.....
