I think it will get taken over , with a 40% premium to the VWAP being needed at the time of the offer.
An alternative is just Duchess gets bought out by a big player , which gives CNB capital to continue doing low cost exploration per # of copper found compared to the big players -sort of a symbiotic relationship .
