That all sounds really nice, but perhaps you missed this part of my post:

Do you honestly think that the strategic partnership depended / depends ONLY on the permits???
THAT was my point, and imo - not a chance.

If you truly believe that, then afaict it contradicts the messages we've been getting from the company for quite some time wrt negotiating with multiple parties and shaping a mutually-beneficial partnership for long-term benefit.

This is a perfect example of emotions and frustration clouding reality, imo.

BTW, how long did you think it takes to bring an operation like this to production?
