The original revised offer of $13 included a spec div of up to 60c which took value to $13.25 if franking credits could be used. Would not matter to TPG if there was something similar in the $12.70 offer so I guess the value of the new revised offer could well be close to $13 for a lot of us. Selling out and moving may also appeal if share price really jumps tomorrow.
