Unfortunately their shallow Marcellus & Utica shale acreage in NY is worth probably less than $400/acre compared to the $4000/acre they recently got for the hot 6,200 Marcellus acreage in PA.
I'm sure they would be still cash flow positive and their remaining debt of $US33mil is at LIBOR rates plus a margin so won't break the bank a/c or P&L.
Promising now but still to totally prove itself.
