The resounding yes was the original decision to approve the permits, that was monumental IMHO. Due process is due process, the original case to contest the permits was thin, I can't imagine the argument against (the appeal) has become any stronger, it would need to be iron-clad to be overturned from here. TLG has seen great backing from Sweden and wider Europe in 2023, no reason to believe this has changed overnight.
