While there is not enough detail in the announcement to get the sp moving upward again it was a good try. Maybe they will have another announcement or two to come before the extended offer definitely closes.
What the announcement does show is that there is plenty of potential out there where they are investigating what is out there. You never know what they might stumble upon or trip over. Let's hope it is something that has a very positive effect on the company.
