I think yesterdays announcement isn't a negative against RNU, for me its a reflection of a pretty poor graphite Pricing market which is affecting all graphite hopefuls.
Current PSG Pricing Today 15um US$1,840/t RNU's Forecasted Break Even US$1,846/t $ Utilised in its DFS model US$4,716/t
Doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out that until Pricing improves dramatically, then ALL graphite hopefuls are non-economical !
