Nope I have no affiliation with Mike and his team. Just respect the free resources and process driven/time tested methodology for trader development. CWT was good for a time also in my earlier days but now not so relevant.

There will come a point when you are not looking outside for answers. This is a good place to be!

You'll do the work if your hungry, and I mean really hungry for it and it will be a grind but it won't be hard if you give yourself some well managed expectations along the way that you can tick off. Only you can define those.

Cut and paste Calvos above post to reference later and stay the course if it helps. Those are solid metrics but sets a pretty high bar which is a good thing. Ideally you want to set your own metrics though as it has always been and always will be you vs you.
