It's worth noting the language used by Norwood in the March vs June reports. In March..

"Currently in the final contractual negotiation stage for a material CogVoice contract with a local Tier 1 CSP, following successful completion of the Infosys Proof of Concept project for same CSP last year."

Then further down...
"Following the successful completion of the PoC solution, Norwood and the CSP in question have made significant progress during the March 2023 quarter on contract negotiations for a large-scale production deployment. Further updates on this development are anticipated in the current quarter."

Following that there were around 25 odd announcements relating to capital raises in the quarter and nothing about the contract.

Then in the June quarter the language was walked back considerably...

"Advanced towards closing one or more material contracts with a local Australian Tier 1 CSP, following successful completion of a Proof-of-Concept project for same CSP last year."

From final contract negotiations to now just advancing. Then...

"The Company is pleased to confirm positive progress made with a local Australian Tier 1 CSP throughout the June 2023 quarter. A number of complex and ongoing commercial and architectural discussions with that operator have been progressing well, and Norwood is now exploring multiple projects with this CSP. With multiple fronts of engagement, both Norwood and the CSP stand to benefit significantly from this strategic partnership."

No timeframes now, and instead exploring multiple projects. The talk is about commercial and architectural discussions. Looks to me like a major hope was knocked off the table and Norwood are scrambling to find another project. You don't have a contract in final negotiations any more instead you're discussing architectural aspects. Growlers post showing Infosys not even mentioned anymore is of interest here as well.

Furthermore that first statement was made for the quarterly that ended in March. We're in August some six months later. Final negotiations taking six months? Please. Back to square one it seems.
