Nice thought LD, but I think you'll find that LUM is not one of the stocks that you can legally short and unlikely to be held by any funds you could borrow it from. I guess if you had a friendly broker you could default on settlement for a few days, but only likely to get you and the broker in hot water with the ASX.
Again nice thought, if it was possible most of us would be shorting.
