My understanding is that all humans were 5d light beings who joined the physical world created by a higher light being who created our 3d universe for other 5d light beings to have an experience in the physical form.
We over time forgot our true self and lost our ability to protect ourselves from other alien races of lower vibration physical forms and lower vibration dark energy beings that evolved from many other races in other dimensions and also in our own universe , many lower vibration physical beings like archons also have the ability to invade peoples dreams and control their thoughts.
When a human dies they incarnate back into a human again until the light vibration is high enough to remember the knowledge of the universes and dimensions stored in their DNA with such knowledge becoming available when the ego is removed from the mind and the thinking comes from the heart.
This is why many lower vibration entities should be considered to be aliens.
