I am also a believer that Novatti can scale to profitability - only now it’s a longer time frame than I originally anticipated. I think the infrastructure /technology /licencing and JV’s - that have been created to date are a big deal. The company does appear to have adequate cash resources for the foreseeable future. Money licence applications are still currently pending in Europe and Singapore. Novatti does have credibility with the RBA.
Definitely not impressed with the last quarter Q423 burn rate being circa 4mill when we were told the rate was expected to be circa 2 mill negative base rate. Also lumped together in a bundle. It goes with out saying - not happy with the current share price,
To be fair, a number of detrimental issues were out of BOD control: the COVID years chaos, restricted travel, students returned to home countries, the RBA hold and subsequent redefining/streghthening regulations on RADI (ADI), XRP case in the US, etc.
I am aware that a number of other ASX listed payment companies I became aware of late 2018 (Peppermint -PIL - struggling , ISX - unlisted / moved offshore - Southern Cross shell remaining, Mint Payments - delisted, etc) do not appear to be in the same position, nor have the same potential as Novatti.
Would be keen to see what sort of uptake on the projected Sakes Growth funnel mention a few months ago (see below). Meanwhile, I will keep accumulating at what I consider are cheap prices….
We wait and see.
