There was mention in the last investor briefing that management will look to sell some non core assets to reduce debt.
And I agree that the basis of RFF as an investment theme is a great idea with many benefits other than just investors making income. Buying a farm is definitely a long term proposition. You never here of anyone flipping a farm. So I fully concur with the cutting of the dividend to reduce debt as a measure to balance the books. In the medium to long term it will only make RFF a more attractive proposition
