@Davisite but if the talks had progressed to the contact negotiation & preparation stage, based on an agreed term sheet, surely that would be PS info preventing insiders from trading ??
I can't see how DCB can be saying a deal might happen imminently just based on discussions only.... Any deal is likely to be complex, and BP lawyers will be all over it.
