    For the dummies, why is this cost of connection not such a big deal ?

    I take it the reason is if this resource is as large as we are all hoping there will be a solution, ie

    1) Petrochina,
    2) Others buying in,
    3) Debt (but I dont see how this will work as it is a off shore asset)
    4) Other solutions ?
