Yeah so in summary . Operationally Piedmont ' incurred ' USD$11,986,634 and carried into July USD$12,149,805 in payables on its Balance Sheet - so obviously didn't PAY these costs out which would have been reflected in their cashflow statement. Whether these ' operational ' expenditures are related to SAYQ and its share is unknown , but what we do know from that is that without their tip in from LG back in February , they would only have enough cash to discharge it's current liabilities at the ' Accounts Payable ' line.
