I hope this announcement is a positive, but given the history I lean toward bad news.

I also note we've now got some new SHs with long history of doing strong due diligence.... this, I think, gives credence to the sustainability of the company.

back to my leaning - china has had massive flooding across wide swathes of land all the way to Beijing,.,.. I suspect theres been flooding in the neighbourhood of the factory.
