The swift suppression of Ailyn Tydde’s email address here suggests to me that holders should be absolutely scrupulous to ensure they have definitely emailed her after voting their shares online and naming her as their proxy, noting in your email:

• your full registered name (as per Computershare),
• the total number of shares voted for each resolution, and
• what your voting direction is/was for each resolution (presumably FOR ALL if you’re supporting the shareholders action group).

Be on the safe side so that if there is any poll called or shenanigans like asking her to confirm on the spot who she represents, then your name & total number of shares & voting direction is all there on her list.
