vague info but not surprising there's plenty of interest given USA DoD has increased assistance for LYC

MP & many other Chinese linked rare earth plays will not necessarily be stalled or stopped but probably end up in political & diplomatic bargaining or at least risk being restricted depending on international trade talks & general nationalistic rhetoric & chest puffing

All of this bodes well for LYC especially given Kalgoorlie C & L coming online & Malaysia shooting itself in the foot a bit & exposing itself to be stuck between competing foreign interests that may end up seeing LYC continue LAMP but transitioning away from future investment in Malaysia or aligned interests

Malaysia of course will likely try to
keep LAMP operating & try to extract further fines from LYC linked to low level waste & increasingly ridiculous licensing conditions

I guess the end game for Malaysia is to milk the LAMP & LYC & perhaps bring it under new state backed control?

For now LAMP can hopefully continue to support LYC contracts & not become a black hole devouring cash & causing legal headaches
