To be clear I'm NOT AT ALL SAYING that he doesn't respond to holders and it may well be true he is able to respond to all enquiry but rather that I always question the legitimacy of many of those posts
The I spoke to the CEO etc bs card is pulled out a lot all over hotcopper and I personally am skeptical of any email that is apparently "from the ceo"
While the below is a screenshot taken from a meme (not my thoughts on agy/implying ) it is a very very real and common thing across this site
You've seen the lengths some of these holders have gone to to keep/restore the faith (that screenshot crop koi posted is an absolute screamer wasn't it.........) so it is never out of the question to see someone possibly whip up a quick fabricated email to post on here to try and calm the holders.......
