You are wrong. PLL will get 2 deliveries with a total of ~56000t or 50% of a larger production than 113000t total until the end of the year. The other ~56000t will go to SYAQ. In total 4 deliveries will be made. 2x to SYAQ and 2x to PLL, where the 1. and the 4 delivery should go to SYAQ. In 1st half of 2024 (=2.halv of FY 24 ) the deliveries will be split again. SYAQ has not yet published a delivery schedule for this. It is recommended to wait ( and listen ) for the releases of the JV part responsible for the deliveries.
Nobody knows yet if anything will change in the plans if PLL falls behind with the payment or if the costs exceed the agreed selling price.
