Vessels like the AAL Moon are designed for a good 30k/t of bulk. So it's quite possible that this ship is carrying 1/3 cargo for another customer. Who and where: unknown.
I would like to modify your calculation a bit:
I don't think we can calculate the year at 4 and a half months. The last shipment will probably leave the port in early December for SYAQ. I.e. the last shipment from NAL must leave the factory about 3 weeks before. So we only have 3 and a half month production time this year for sales.
On the other hand, I see the production volume more positively: we are at the "nameplate production volume" i.e. more than 600t/d. So by 100 days from now, about 60000t will be added to the 20500 + 50000t shipped or at port, pushing the total to more than 130,000t.
