There's a middle ground, unfortunately with everything these days people seem to take things to extremes.

I normally hold woodside for this reason, only out atm for cash flow. If you want society, you need oil and gas.

That being said I find it very odd that the left loves renewables considering the supply chain issues and the right hates them having a number of benefits that would interest people who want to be less reliant on someone else. Having solar panels on your home is nice, but the pollution is just outsourced yes.
