But 100% the compensation was made very clear as posted many times. -the $!b cpi 30 year lease to access tls's infrastructure combined with the transfer of tls fixed employees to nbn with a cost savings figure of $2 billion.Total compensation $3b.
Aboce is not showing up in tls's total ebitda figure resulting in tls's ebitda being halved along with eps and div. Tls is still responsible for maintenance of network to the node even though its fibre and Penn says he introduced AI,i suspect tls still employees many to carry out maintenence to the node which clearly effects the intended $3b compensation in the nbn agreement. But motley and sachs seem satisfied with this result.. When agreement first made investors mutual talked about the effects of the above $3b compensation package,now they don't mention it but refer to previous nbn headwinds.
