I hope BML receive NAIF support, but I do caution you to question the motives of anonymous hotcopper handles (like Sinic) telling you this support is a 100% certainty
There are likely to be MANY applicants to NAIF that meet these broad selection criteria. That in itself does not guarantee funding. It is a competitive assessment process. Many (most) worthy projects will be unsuccessful.
