ps JC,i have a little tls nbn leased asbestos pit 'in' my nature strip like probably many others. But the govt now leases those pits and are responsible for maintenance of them. I suspect it wont become an issue unless the unions decide to include them in future agreements. Tiny little in ground pits? Compare to the thousands of houses built from asbestos inside and out some with asbestos fencing.. No regulations to buy or sell or rent but tls's tiny in ground asbestos pits .
